Can you hold a place before I apply?
All deposits are collected 24 hours after final approval along with signing a reservation form to hold the unit. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Typically a security deposit and the first month rent is collected. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Anyone 18 years and older must fill out an application. -
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is refundable based on the condition of the unit at move out. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Applications are on our website through Fastrak Services. -
How do I pay rent?
We prefer rent to be paid on our online system, checks or cashier's checks can be dropped off at our office or mailed by the third of the month. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
If the unit allows pets, you will need to provide a photo and we will approve the pet based on breed and size. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
All tenants that are on the lease would need to sign a rental change form and agree to the change and be approved by the owner. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Written notice to vacate is required 20 days before the end of the month. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The landlord/owner would be responsible for repairs in the case of maintenance items, unless the tenant has caused the damage, which could result in a tenant charge.
