Melanie Maddy, a native of the Pacific Northwest, has been involved with Real Estate and
Property Management for more than 25 years. Her personal portfolio of homes started when
she was 18 years old. With a family of fixer upper’s she was destined to follow a path to
Real Estate helping first time homeowners, Investors along with providing property
management services with the greatest of detail to customer service. Working with major
developers and builders in the Snohomish County Area. Starting her own Real Estate and
Property Management Company was a natural fit for her and as a local resident she knows
the market and is driven to provide the best property management services for Arlington
area rental needs. Melanie currently lives on Camano Island with her husband along with 2
dogs, 1 cat and too many chickens. She has raised 5 children and loves to spend time with
family and close friends. Melanie spends her spare time gardening, cooking, fishing,
boating, crabbing, playing music and creating a beautiful home. Her attention to detail
