Are you licensed?
I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and Designated Broker in the State of Washington -
Can I reach you after hours?
I can usually be available after hours if needed. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes we use an online software system that allows us to directly deposit your rental income to your bank account. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
I will sign the lease on behalf of you the owner, you will receive a copy of the lease for your records. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes we work with Buyers and Sellers and can help you with all your real estate needs. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owner checks are received around the 12th of the month. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
All leases are for 12 months. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Typically 1 month rent amount. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Once the owner contract is signed and an inspection on the home is performed we can start immediately. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage Residential homes, Townhomes and Condos, along with smaller multi family units. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
A monthly statement with your rental income payment, along with a year end statement. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Pacific NW Realty Services-Property Management PNW holds the deposit in a trust account with Coastal Community Bank.
